Description About the role Civeo Australia are looking for highly experienced FIFO Head Chefs to work closely with the Village & Catering Managers to deliver exceptional food to our Villages across WA. The primary focus of the role is to ensure a smooth and profitable kitchen operation for the village. This is a fly-in-fly-out role (FIFO) departing from Perth on 8:6 rosters. Ordering, profit and wastage reporting Client relationship management and support Skills and Knowledge: Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery or Trade certificate. Applied knowledge of HACCP principles in a bulk cooking environment Ability to create service schedules on a daily, weekly and monthly basis Applied knowledge of workplace safety systems and compliance requirements Intermediate skills with regards to Microsoft Office applications Budgetary and analytical skills Knowledge of relevant kitchen chemicals, including their application and storage. You must have a valid drivers’ licence (Class C).
